Lasting Power of Attorney

A free update reference patch is available for existing users of the Enduring Power of Attorney module. Please complete this form to receive the link to install the patch.

We are only able to install links to the PGO forms for Personal Welfare and Property and Affairs. We have overlaid fill-in field on these forms so that they can be completed on screen. However it's not clear whether print-outs from copy forms can be used or whether originals need to be purchased.

Within the Legacy Document System the LPA template replaces the one for EPA. The EPA template has been moved to the Admin section so old client records can still be opened for reference.
