General Power of Attorney (GPA)

The General Power of Attorney and the revised Advance Decision modules have been introduced in response to the complexities and expenses reported by estate planners trying to offer recently introduced Lasting Power of Attorney.

Special Introductory Offers are available for existing users of the Legacy software.

Licensed users of the Professional Edition or the old Enduring Power of attorney, can add the new General Power of Attorney for just £23.50 - the revised Advance Decision module will also be included in this upgrade.
