Customise Clauses

Standard Clauses can be customised so that your preferred wording and terminology will be used each time new documents are generated. The template for each document type can be edited and the changes saved for future use.

Six new Trusts + six new Trustee Powers can also be added to the Wills template. This enables you to create custom trusts and powers of your own design - useful if your particular clientele have similar situations requiring similar special provisions in their documents.

Important Warning - changes made editing or adding clauses customise your individual copy of the program. Reinstalling the software will replace your changes with the original settings.   It's recommended that all new text is also saved separately so that it can be pasted into the template editing window again if necessary.

Please also be aware that there are likely to be several changes to the programming functions of each template as various issues are reported and resolved - we will be supplying you with new versions of the program at regular intervals for the first few months after the initial release (see the Forum for more details). When all outstanding issues have been resolved we will be able to supply upgrade programs that preserve your saved changes.
