Technical
support is provided free of charge to all currently licensed
users of our software. We can help with both use of the programs and
individual client cases
Please
note support is provided on an 'as is' basis and the onus is on the licensed
user to telephone us - we cannot return calls. This service is available
Monday - Friday between 10:00 and 16:00
Queries
by e-mail are preferred - this is the only way we can
supply any form of written reply. If you send queries by letter or fax
the only way to receive a reply is by telephoning us to discuss it after
we've received your query.
Documents
for approval must not be faxed unless you have called
us first to outline the problem. In many cases we can identify the single
page that needs sending rather receiving many pages of standard output.
