Creating
Documents
The
Generate Document command opens a new window incorporating
the data from the current client forms in a formatted document. The text
toolbar is now active and you can edit the document as well as changing
fonts and styles. All normal cut, paste and alignment options are also
available.

Change
views from Forms to Document by clicking the tabs. If you
need to make changes in the Client Forms, just generate the document
again to refresh the window.

Preview
the Document. Change zoom settings and check the position
of page breaks - you can make spacing adjustments in the Document View
before printing.

Save
the final document - indicate the document type in the name
of the saved - each client may have several different documents generated
and saved from the same information file. Once saved final documents
can be reopened in this window for minor editing.
